The addition of Ritchie Village to our portfolio of corporate housing options gives our travelers and individuals in transition a more budget friendly option to choose from, without sacrificing the modern updates and amenities our guests have grown to love. Ritchie Village is located in Appleton only blocks away from highway access and main shopping and business on Appleton’s west side also known as Grand Chute.
Each of the 16 furnished units are half of ranch duplexes each with attached single car garages. The units are 500 square feet with a mini kitchen (no dishwasher) and apartment sized stove and refrigerator, as well as a kitchen dining table and chairs. The living room includes sofa, end tables, new modern electric fireplace and large 50-55″ new flat screen smart TVs.
Upgrades also include new laundries, updated flooring and decor.
The price point for the fully furnished one-bedroom units with full bill consolidation (cable/wifi/internet/utilities/lawn care/snow removal) is ~$1,800 per month, roughly $700 less than our other corporate offerings with more high end appointments and larger layouts.
Each unit will vary in design, but all have identical or mirrored layouts with new updates and standard inclusions. The one bedrooms included in each are ample sized with some featuring full bedroom sets and others with kings.
Pictured here is Unit 10. We have 16 of these units, with avails rotating in approximately every three weeks. Next officially scheduled openings are April 27th and June 2nd, although we expect some additional March openings as well once next NTVs are received.
