Appleton Corporate Housing offers services to individuals who would like to add their property to our corporate housing family. We do a walk through of your property and make sure it checks all the boxes our clients expect.
We also provide guidance in what to stock in the home, and share pointers on design and presentation.
You provide cable, WiFi, utilities and a fully stocked and furnished home.
We provide a lease and single easy payment covering the lease and utilities and place our executive clients in your abode. We do the background checks, collect security deposits and handle the relationship with your new tenant. You simply cash checks and net what you’d like to earn from the property.
Clients can expect to net $1,400-$2,000 for a two bedroom per month on average in the Fox Valley area; $2,000-$2,800 for a three bedroom; and $2,500-$3,500 for a four bedroom. A well finished 1,000 square foot two bedroom apartment or single family house with recent updates will net the property owner an average of $1,800 per month.
Our fee is $500 per month and our goal is every day filled with a 24-36 hour cleaning gap between tenants; with 91% fill projected. All our properties are currently filled with new quotes coming in daily *7/29/19.
