All of our units include:

  • Cable TV and Internet/Wifi package
  • All utilities
  • Snow removal and lawn service
  • High thread count bedding and newly appointed mattresses, linens, bedding & decor.
  • Fully stocked kitchen including dishes, silverware, cooking needs, toaster, coffee maker or Keurig, microwave & more.
  • The little things you didn’t remember you needed on a long term stay from kitchen details like a pizza cutter, wine opener, mixing bowls and cookie sheets, to soft touches such as new comfy throw blankets in sitting spaces.
  • On site laundry and parking.

  • Dishwashers (all four luxury apartments & house).
  • An additional second half bathroom attached to master (three units in luxury apartments).
  • Fireplaces in the living room. (All four luxury apartments).
  • Bedroom set up typically includes a king or queen in the master and a queen bed in the secondary bedroom. Our two-bedroom house has the only bedroom with less than a queen (daybed with pull out trundle).
  • Granite Counter tops.
  • Hardwood and or marble floors.
  • Ceiling fans in multiple rooms.
